Offer wifi, it's the #1 requested amenity. But only if it's unlimited... if it has a data plan, it will all be used by the 2nd week & the rest of the month your guest will be very upset.
Capture the guest "point of view" from your property. Shoot from the porch, the hot tub & anywhere else you can show off the view.
When choosing a hot tub the best size is a 5-6 seater. They are easier to clean & when you refill it, it wont drain your well & it will reheat faster.
Sun coming through your big windows? Get them tinted... you will save on your AC bill & your furniture won't fade or peel.
