Are there hotels close to the convention center?

Yes, there are several. if you look under "Lodging" we have put 30 hotels that are within 2 miles (5mins) to the LeConte Center.
Are there any hotels that are within walking distance to the convention center?

Yes, the Holiday Inn & Suites is across the West Prong Little Pigeon River. There is a pedestrian bridge that you can take from the hotel to the LeConte Center.

Will a lunch be provided at the event center?

No, since there are so many options that surround the event center we wanted to give each the option to ?
How long will the lunch break be?

2 hours, form 12n-2pm.
Are there places to eat at "The Island"?

Yes, some of the best restaurants like:

What happens if we get back from lunch before 2pm?

No problem, you can visit the vendor booths. They will be open after 1pm.
How do we get to "The Island"?

A tram will pickup guest from the LeConte Center & take them to "The Island" & also provide a ride back to the LeConte Center

What will the weather be like in May?

The average temperature shows on average: low 52-78 high.
Is there public transportation

Yes, there are trolley's that have routes all over the city. They run every 20-30 mins.

How far is the area from the airport?

*It's about a 45min drive to Pigeon Forge.

Is there parking? How much does it cost?

all FREE parking

4,000 parking spaces

1st parking is the River Lot (between LeConte & The Island)

2nd parking is the Mountain Lot (adjacent to the event center)
Will there be any food or beverages at the LeConte Center?

*water, ice tea & coffee will be available at no cost *Starbucks is available to purchase drinks *Concession stand will also be available to purchase food & drinks
Is the event handicap friendly?

Yes, with wide doorways, large isles & handicap bathrooms.

If I book online, how do I get my ticket?

You will get a conformation email & during registration on the 1st day you will get your event badge.
Am I able to buy tickets at the event?

Yes, you can purchase the "1 day pass" for the 7th or 9th
Where do I go to check in?

On May 7th between 8:30-10am will be check-in @ The LeConte Center.
If I lose my badge, how do I get a new one?

Just go to the registration desk & we can print you a new one..
Will I get a swag bag & what's included?

*Yes, you will get a personalized swag bag with you company logo printed on it. If you don't have a logo then you will get a swag bag with the Everything Vacay event logo printed on it. *Inside will be filled with items from the vendors
How do I register for the event?

Is there a dress code for the event?

*On the 1st (7th) & 3rd (9th) day - its just business casual *On the 2nd day - will will be given a black Expo event tshirt so that you can easily find each other during you excursion.
What are the event hours?

*Tue (May 7th): 8:30am - 5pm *Wed (May 8th): time will vary based on the excursion you choose to go on *Thur (May 9th): 8:30am - 6pm
